Review: “I stayed for 5 nights at the Orchid House. The hotel is beautiful, clean, safe, and spacious. Our room was modern and had all the amenities we needed. We loved the design and decor of the hotel. It is just so beautiful with all the flowers! The staff was friendly and speaks great English, if needed. The attached restaurant has a wonderful atmosphere as well. The neighborhood it is in is safe, quiet, and pretty wo walk around during the day and at night. We enjoyed trying the nearby restaurants and bars. We would definitely come back!”

Casa Polanco

This is an amazing Polanco Mexico City Hotel just overlooking the Parque Lincoln. This used to be private property back in the days when it was built in the 1930s. Now, this is a hotel with 19 suites. But if you are expecting, just because this is a boutique hotel, the rooms would be expertly designed, that is not the case here.

However, you would expect the rooms to have a welcoming and calm presence. That is not what you will get here. There is not much in the name of amenities, but they have an amazing onsite spa, which you should not miss.

Review: “Exceptional in every way. We’ve been lucky to stay in many luxury hotels but none has ever delivered such sterling service while having the feeling of being in your own luxury home. Relax in the library while pouring yourself a 15 year old scotch, to the complimentary snacks, fruit and wine in the room, it’s all at your fingertips. The design and ambiance is also clearly a “spare no expense” effort, from unique place settings at each table to wonderful art, to sumptuous furniture indoors and out. The staff was extraordinary as well, always available and accommodating but never obsequious or faux polite. We’ll be back and I can’t recommend it highly enough.”

InterContinentale Presidente Mexico City

The InterContinentale Presidente is an award-winning Polanco Mexico City Hotel. Moreover, it is in the most dynamic business, shopping, and cultural areas. Along with that, this building is very close to the National Auditorium, National Museum of Anthropology, and Chapultepec Park. Review: “It is my first time staying at the IC in Polanco. I’ve been used to staying at the Hyatt Regency next door. Because I had an expiring IHG free night certificate to burn this time, I decided to give the IC a go. The two properties are very similar in terms of location and standard of service and are therefore worth a comparison.

The check-in experience was reasonably smooth. I booked a standard room, and through the app, I knew I was proactively upgraded to a room with a view. When I arrived by Uber, there was a lot of traffic at the entrance. No staff greeted me and helped me with my luggage. But because I was traveling solo, that actually made me feel less overwhelmed and more comfortable.

The front desk recognized my ambassador status and confirmed my 4 p.m. checkout benefit. (However, it still took another trip the next day to reactivate my keycard.) There was no mention of my Diamond status. I had to bring it up myself in order to choose the breakfast benefit.”

Review: “This hotel was our home base for our week vacation in Mexico Family with extended family. It was perfect for us. It was super comfortable, in a easily walkable neighborhood, and easy to do everything! Our rooms were wonderful, clean, comfortable beds, huge bathrooms, and a beautiful view! Staff was helpful. The indoor pool was a good size, warm temperature, and nicely bright! A really great pool! We were glad to swim most days after exploring! This hotel was surprisingly family friendly because it felt super fancy! We traveled with grandparents, an adult sibling, and 2 parents with a 6 year old.”

Review: “One of the best hotels I’ve ever been to. The entire staff does their job with a smile and are some of the nicest, most genuine people I’ve encountered at a hotel. The cocktails at the hotel restaurant are absolutely fantastic — didn’t try any of the food. The room (Deluxe King) was large – loved the shower, bath, overall design and layout of the room. Room was a bit dated (mid-2000s vibe) but had very nice features. The location of the hotel was fantastic – middle of upscale of Polanco district; about a 20 minute walk to the Anthropology Museum. Felt very safe. The hotel is managed from top to bottom extremely well.”

The Wild Oscar

This is at the heart of the city’s cultural, luxury, and executive nest. This is an intimate residence that provides you with an amazing collection of private bedrooms with a peaceful ambiance. Review: “I had an amazing week at The Wild Oscar. Despite not being a familiar property, it far exceeded my expectations compared to any generic chain hotel. Although the property itself is small, it offers a wide range of amenities. Plus, its location in the heart of Polanco and within walking distance to everything is unbeatable.

The rooms at The Wild Oscar were spacious and tastefully decorated. However, what truly set this place apart was the exceptional staff and service. From the moment I checked in, I felt right at home among friends. I have to give a special shout-out to Johnny for his outstanding attentiveness to all my needs.

I highly recommend The Wild Oscar and I am definitely looking forward to returning in the future!”

Address: Calle Anatole France 307 Col. Polanco Reforma, Mexico City 11540 Mexico

Review: “I have! My trip to Mexico City Polanco area was for 6 days at Pug Seal Anatole France. My husband and I shared a large room with a huge closet, easy chairs, overlooking a garden with sofa and comfy bed, wide screen TV hidden behind a 5 by 5 round mirror. Old world European decor and all the modern amenities of full walk-in shower, luxurious tub, private closet due to commode and lovely stained-glass windows. Warmed by Mini splits, darkened drapes and quiet.
Loved our stay and even more due to Andreas, Paulina and Carlos, the welcoming staff at the front desk of this charming 26 room colonial estate.”

Review: “I didn’t stay at the W but I ate in the hotel at the restaurant on the terrace upstairs. Giovanni provided an amazing service ! He was super attentive to my needs. My first dish wasn’t to my preferred taste, and he helped me find something else without hesitation. I ended having a great meal and amazing cocktails that he also chose for me. I’m very pleased with the service at the restaurant and Giovanni’s attention to detail. Thank you for a great evening.”

Review: “Las Suites Campos Eliseos is a fantastic place to stay in the posh neighborhood of cdmx. From the amazing rooftop pool, to the refreshing sauna, steam room, and Jacuzzi downstairs, and the ambience and atmosphere, this place won’t steer you wrong. Special shout out to the amazing staff especially during the daily free delicious breakfast that has many options…Oscar, Yair, Zamboni, Valeria, Maria Elona, Aaron, Edgar, Daniel, Loretmi, Fernando, everyone was great, friendly and professional. The only recommendation I would have is to request a room away from the highway, it can get a bit loud at night especially during the weekends.”

Address: Andrés Bello 29, Polanco, Mexico City 11560 Mexico

Review: “I love this, JW Marriott.. I stay here because the hotel is close to my work. the rooms are more classic and Mexican in style. It’s not a newer fancier hotel like the JW in Santa Fe. if you want a more classical Mexican flavor hotel with the large wooden desk, drawers, etc this is your place. The exec lounge is a little old but overall, everything is great. The location is perfect for those that need to work close to the center or Polanco. If you need to work in Santa fe stay at the new JW Marriott in Santa fe which is great as well.”

Is that all?

There are plenty of other hotels that will offer you the best experience and will amaze you with their hospitality. These are some of the best Polanco Mexico City hotels and you can choose any one of these according to your convenience.
